Nacia is a senior government affairs and health policy expert with deep business and strategy experience gained over 25 years in commercial and corporate leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Johnson & Johnson across multiple geographies and business units. Among many responsibilities, she established and headed J&J's global immunization policy team during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Nacia has a strong track record of driving government affairs and policy strategies to advance business opportunities, mitigate risk, and enhance corporate reputation in biopharmaceuticals, medical technologies and consumer health industries.
Nacia excels at transforming business requirements into effective government engagement strategies and policy-shaping initiatives. Nacia holds a degree in Public Administration from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, complemented by specialization courses on US healthcare policy, genomic sequencing, pharmaceutical discovery & development, access and health economics and Human-Centered Design Applied to Public Policy.
