Having held executive roles at Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble, she brings a rare perspective rooted in both policy advocacy and direct P&L responsibility. Notably, she established and led J&J’s global immunization policy function during the COVID-19 pandemic, building a coordinated global operating model to navigate unprecedented regulatory and supply chain challenges.

Nacia holds a degree in Public Administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV) and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
